ARF consists of:

• Steering Committee
• Konvent Airport and Region
• expert group Active Noise Abatement
• Environment & Communication Center
  
  

ARF and his structure is headed by a 3-person board of directors:

• Prof. Dr.-Ing. Johann-Dietrich Wörner as impartial member,
• Peter Schmitz, Executive Director Operations Fraport AG,
  representing the air traffic side
• Oliver Quilling, district administrator of the county of Offenbach,
  representing the municipalities of the region
  
  

Managerial functions of this board of directors is direction of the ARF as well as the chairmanship in Steering Committee and Convent.
